UIS is led by team members who are licensed design professionals in both India and the USA, and are uniquely qualified to integrate global design standards with India's socio-economic backdrop. We have the experience and training required to generate sustainable facilities that meet international standards of design and management while responding to circumstances that are uniquely Indian in character.
Our services are focused towards converting ideas and concepts into reality, through management of every phase in the developmental process. We believe in a team-oriented approach, with technology, design and construction integrated into a coordinated development process from inception to final occupancy. We focus on process-management as the key to successful completion of our projects. UIS works with associates who provide consultancy services for disciplines such as mechanical, electrical , structural and civil.
